Description The still popular American Vintage Series 52 Telecaster has arrived. A faithful reproduction of the early 50's specs, with a center book-matched ash body, 1-ply black guard, one-piece maple neck with spaghetti logo, triple brass bridge saddle, and all minus screws. This model is the origin of the Telecaster that continues to this day. This is the original wiring from 52, and the 3-way pickup selector is tone zero from the bridge side, rear/front/front, and the neck position produces a very muffled sound. The neck date is 1994, but the serial number and pot date are 1995, so we have determined that it was made in 1995. There are traces of paint reaction from a guitar stand on the end of the body, and the lacquer paint has melted severely. There are fine scratches and dents scattered throughout the instrument, and the metal parts are dull. Although there is a feeling of use appropriate for the age, each part has been maintained and cleaned at our repair center, and the playability is good.
