This is based on the '58 model, and features a rounder neck than the '57 model and a 3-tone sunburst color that was used at that time. As you would expect from a custom model, the neck is made of maple with a strong bird's eye pattern! This is a rare guitar among the popular Fujigen-made Fender Japan guitars! ""There are scratches and dents all over the guitar. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room to adjust both the forward and backward bows. The neck has been adjusted with the rod and is almost straight. There is a slight reduction in the frets, but there is still enough left and it does not interfere with playing.
