Description
Description A used Fender Japan mini Telecaster manufactured in the 90's is now in stock! Fender's mini guitars were created based on the concept that they could be freely enjoyed by a wide range of players of all ages and genres. With the exception of the pickguard, all parts are the same size, and the cute looks of a full-size Telecaster made smaller are irresistible. The 235mm scale (string length 470mm) and nut width is about 38mm.The scale is almost the same as that of a full-size model with a capotast at the 5th fret, so you may find it easier to play than you think. Currently set up with 10-46 gauge strings. There is no truss rod from the original, but the neck condition is good. The string height is about 1.5mm on the 1st string side above the 12F and 2mm on the 6th string side. The frets are slightly worn in some areas, but they are still high enough to play the instrument without any chattering or clogging. The serial number indicates that it was manufactured around 1992-1993.The neck is stamped TL-235M, but the model name is "MTL-32" according to the catalog of the time. There are some minor scratches, stains, discoloration of the paint, and dulling of the hardware, but it can be used without any problem in terms of playability. This model was manufactured for a short period of time, and there are very few of these models in used circulation.
