The shipping was super quick (got it in less than a week), and the packaging job was AMAZING - double boxed and plenty of packing material for shock absorption since it was a pretty fragile item. The item was as described and the value was amazing considering I couldn't find this cup in stock anywhere online. I had broken mine and it was my favorite coffee mug, so had to have another :) Thank you!
