The quality, condition, and value are all good. However, the packaging was poor for the item that was shipped. These are stretched canvases that were placed in an AMAZON BAG. They should be always shipped in a box to protect the canvas from being damaged during shipping. Thankfully, my purchased arrived without damage. I contacted UPS to discuss the delivery, but the AI thinks the package came from Amazon directing me to speak with Amazon. Please do not ship packages in other company's bags.
Item arrived new as advertised. Rapid shipping. Sturdy packaging. However, the need to assemble these shades — through attaching fabric to metal rings by hand — rendered these items difficult to fit precisely onto my lamps. A low quality feature within an otherwise high quality transaction. Definitely an A Seller!
