Item was as described. They do not come with instructions, but seller provided them electronically after I inquired about it. Also, these are rather large and when installed fit at slightly different angles (they seem to point forward too). Not thoroughly pleased, so I may just do without or buy another brand. You get what you pay for.
Items as described and well packaged. I downgraded the shipping time to 3 stars. Items were shipped on March 4 but were not received until March 13. It may have been a USPS fault or the fault of their "shipping partner".
