Tracking information is uploaded to the order once the item is shipped. Larger items such as Engines, Transmissions, Doors, Tailgates, Trunk Lids, Rear Axles etc. will ship via freight. Freight items are unable to be shipped until we have all the necessary information required by the carrier. Typically that includes a valid business name, address, valid phone number, and hours of operation. Be sure to provide us with all necessary contact information with your order as well. Freight charges are for zoned commercial addresses with a forklift or loading dock. If a commercial address is not able to be provided we can ship the item to the nearest freight terminal for pickup. Some freight terminals are a short drive and others are a journey, please verify location before purchase. It is very important to not sign for any damaged product without notating it on the delivery ticket or denying the shipment.
