I cannot rate this item sorry. Some totally incompetent FexEx driver took a picture of my garage doors from inside his vehicle,. Apparently never got out and never delivered my package. FedEx ZERO help after several emails and phone calls said the seller had to file a claim. I REALLY wanted this item and I want to thank the seller for his cooperation and say he refunded my money! Thank You Very Much. Although I had a serious issue, I believe this seller to be honest.
