I was a little concerned because of the mention of a bad magenta cartridge. So I bought a set of cartridges and installed the new magenta one and the printer works great. BUT, I want to mention how this was packaged. While a little pricey, but hey its a big printer... They packed it better than any package I've ever seen or received. It was double boxed with each suspended in foam balls. It was worth every penny. I would absolutely want these guys packing every package I ever received
