It contains 4 gummed Old Glory sheet stamps and both Make-up stamps. The nondenominated G Rate was 32c for 1 oz First Class mail from Jan. 1, 1995 to Jan. 10, 1999 . Post card 20c rate stamps were also printed by BEP (2879) and SVS (2880). The Dove stamps value 3 c that could be used with the previous rate of 29 c to meet the 32 c rate. Both the ABN (2877) and the SVS (2878) Dove stamps are untagged. The stamps are clean and fresh and will have fully formed perfs .
