Seller was “slow to ship” but once confirmation of tracking was provided item arrived quickly. Packaging was very haphazard, several pieces of cardboard taped together in an effort to cover the keyboard, pool noodles taped together the key lard edges to try and protect it from shipping damage. Ugly… but effective, no apparent damage and functions perfectly. Good value for the money.
Great seller, very communicative, box came in bad condition(not the sellers fault, shipping company’s fault) but the seller wrapped the product in very good way, keeping it in perfect condition.
There was a slight delay in shipping and the seller got right on it, set it right, and provided a partial refund for my trouble. Very responsive.
