Well - I didn't even realize that this was coming from a Ford Parts Department. The item was packaged like it was fragile. It was definitely a new part, and it Came in padded delivery envelope, and was wrapped in foam in an OEM Ford Parts envelope. It came two days before promised delivery date, and the price was very fair. Fit's just like the original, and may be an improved or upgraded piece, since the numbers were not an exact match, but the fit was perfect and the appearance is identical.

There was an issue with quantify per package, I had ordered in the past and there were 4 on the package. The new order came with just 1 per package so I was short clips. The seller resolved it well by sending me the expected quantity.
