Modified, some former owner installed latches on the cabinet. Has its repair history on the side internal panel. A classic HF transceiver, Heathkit made thousands of these radios. Received radio and it performed as advertised but the packaging was not good at all. I emailed seller what had happened and he replied his shipping person should have used a beefer box. I could tell when item arrived that fedX didn't care about the package. The unit had a couple of dents in the chassis and a few of the plugs we're knocked loose. Radio tuned up great and worked as seller advertised. I would buy from this seller again with assurances the item is well boxed up.

This ICOM 7300 radio arrived in a timely manner and packaging was excellent to prevent damage. This radio came as described and was a great value for the money. It appears to be brand new as it appears to have been well cared for. I am pleased with the purchase and seller for his communication with me after the purchase.
