Ordered a shift knob for a customer's vehicle and this one arrived faster than anticipated and it good condition. The price was very reasonable. Upon further examination however, it was discovered that the knob ordered wouldn't fit the vehicle. The thread pattern on the knob didn't match the shaft for the shifter. After reaching out to the seller, they responded in a timely manner and we agreed on a course of action for a refund. If given the chance, we will order from this seller again.
My experience with the seller was positive. However, it took me over a week to locate my item from Fedex. Apparently, it fell out of the back of a Fedex truck. Fredex stuck it in a distribution center in Ct without contacting me. Thank goodness it was packed correctly by the seller. It sustained some nicks and scratches and a ear was bent some. Easy fix. I would never do business with Fedex.
Shipping was fast. However, the item didn't fit my vehicle despite being listed as a fit. The seller was gracious enough to offer a full refund without return.
