Even after I offered to pay for a second shipping, they would not accept any payment. It’s rare to find such an honest, stand up company that backs all of their products and will even go above and beyond for their customers.   3. Dishes were poorly packed, and the box was damaged, resulting in breakage of several items. However, the seller was very cooperative in making a partial credit. So all in all, it was a positive experience.
