The sign consists of thick, black MDF that is painted with chalk paint prior to being carved on a CNC machine. All signs are engraved/carved. No stickers or painted letters! Farmhouse signs are 12 inches tall and 24 in wide. Details: **Signs come with (2) hooks on the back side for easy hanging. **Weight of the farmhouse sign is approximately 3.5 lbs. **All items are sealed with multiple top coats to prevent any wear.
