It is a brand-new frying pan as advertised and came to me in original packaging and perfect condition. It is a slick surface and pretty too. You will need maybe two utensils to get certain foods items out of the pan because it is so slick. No sticking with this one. Only complaint is I do not like the end of the handle. So I put a handle cover over it, even though it does not get hot. Delivery was fast. Oh yell, the glass lid is great.
