It is the 1998 Holiday Wreath pane issue with Scott numbers 3249a to 3252a . The 32c self-adhesive Christmas stamps are serpentine die cut 11.7 x 11.6 on 2, 3 or 4 sides . Banknote Corporation of America printed the 4 festive designs. Each wreath was designed by a different artist. They are the larger size 32c stamps measuring 23 x 30 mm. Thirty two cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from Jan. 1995 until Jan. 1999. The 1998 se tenants have been expertly cut from 3252e panes of 20. They are not moved from their original position or backing paper. The pane positions of the singles may vary from stock image. We never remove self adhesive stamps from one booklet and put them on another liner or move them around.
