Shipping was fast and packaged well. I took a chance on a dog pen carrying case bc the ad stated it was for a 40in panel, front of the box stated it was for a 32in and the back of the box stated it was for a 24in. I needed a 24in so I took a chance and it's a perfect fit. I have a neutral rating bc communication was great in the beginning but seller never came back with the measurements. The product is in perfect condition even though the ad was very misleading.
I gave the item 5 stars which isn't really accurate. The speaker I ordered came destroyed through no fault of the seller. The mail service in this country is desperately due for an overhaul. The seller was professional and gracious and my money was refunded. I place a very high value on communication from sellers and this seller didn't duck the issue but instead, helped me resolve it., Thank you seller for your help!
