Quality of the product is good, packing was ok received product with no damage. Value for money but customs duty charged in india makes product bit expensive. Appearance is as shown in picture on eBay site. Seller is helpful responded on all of my queries though there is a time difference. Initially there was some confusion due to worgly uploaded shipment number but seller resolved all the issues and I received the delivery before estimated delivery date. Overall experience is good.
Incorrect tracking information was sent by DHL, however, DiyRadio proactively contacted me with the correct information and were very responsive to my emails. Very happy with the quality of customer care. The goods arrived when expected and were well packaged and exactly what I was expecting, a good quality product at a great price.
