Item was as described, well-packed, shipped promptly. Would have been a perfect eBay experience, but the part did not fit my make & model of truck. Half my fault for not knowing the exact GM part number I needed. Seller was quick to send me a return shipping label, and promptly refunded my purchase price less the cost of shipping one direction, which I thought was fair. In fact, the ease of returning the part surprised me! I describe this as a good seller.
