  1. I ordered a trailer hitch for a 2025 Murano Platinum. I checked multiple sites to ensure this was the correct one, but shortly after the order, I read details on the manufactures website that this was the wrong hitch for this 2025 model and trim and another one should be used. I tried to contact the vendor, but it already shipped. Once received I started the return process and it was shipped back for a full refund at no cost. I'm very happy with this seller and will use them in the future.

  2. These are not packaged for shipping by the manufacturer. The box is very light weight material and does not hold up to the abuse during shipping. Had to order it twice and both times received it severally damaged. The seller did stand behind the sale though, and promptly sent return labels and issued the refund quickly. I would not order this product again, but would definitely buy from the seller again.
