I can't rate this purchase because it has not come. I ordered it on October 15th and it is coming from New York to California. It came to my post office and they claimed it was not deliverable and the seller made me do the research as to why it was not delivered and I could not get an answer from the post office. So another one has been resent but I still have not received it and I asked for Rush shipping, I'm not understanding why it's taking weeks and weeks to get from New York.
