This took almost 3 weeks to arrive. It was supposed to arrive between May 14 and 21. The seller waited a week after I paid him before he created a shipping label on May 16. He said the package was sitting at the post office and didn't get scanned until 8 days later. He didn't respond to my messages between May 19 and 25. I finally got a tracking notification from eBay and USPS on May 24, and it was delivered on May 28. I gave the seller neutral feedback only because the item finally arrived.
