These appear larger in the pictures. They're somewhat flexible and a little soft. I thought they might be softer but they are to seat aligners so are not like foam, more rubbery. The 2 little lifting tools are small also. I am getting prepared for my aligners so decided to start with these. I like the mint scent but cannot say how the taste will last as I will not be using for a few weeks. These came quickly all packed in a box about the size of a pack of cards. Should be fine.
