My Oh My! A positive experience indeed. Purchased new Dyson Ball Animal UP20 upright through Amazon. Vacuum arrived sealed in a factory Dyson box but was missing the wand handle. Perfect description the item fell right into place plenty of wire to run to original connector. Perfect condition only thing that I could tell was used was where the brush connects. Cost was good compared to other vendors. It looked great and was packaged well. My wife is so happy I got the mop working again. 10/10 experience shipping was right on time.
