Everything went fantastic with this seller and transaction! I won 2 nice Iono Cards in an auction at a great price! Sellers communication and updates were incredible! Shipping was some of the best made sure cards were properly protected and packaged and for coming from Japan they arrived pretty quick actually! Seller added a few bonus cards in as well which I appreciated! Overall you can tell the seller actually cares and I would highly recommend and use them again personally in the future! A+++
The product I purchased was exactly as described and it was in perfect condition! Not only was the seller responsive every step of the way during the shipping, but they were also kind! When I questioned the product's quality they assured me it was brand new, and when it shipped it had the original box, plastic wrap, and the appearance of the case once unboxed was perfect. The price was higher than MSRP in the US but I couldn't find this case anywhere else. 100% Recommend!

I was unsure about importing a steelbook but it was packaged with a high level of care - wrapped in plastic, then wrapped in bubble wrap, then wrapped in paper, then placed in a box. It arrived in perfect condition. My steelbook looks perfect. The 4K video was high quality. I am extremely satisfied with this transaction.
