It is a group of all Liberty Series that were issued without minor number varieties. The seven stamps fill in the gaps between our specialized singles sets. These stamps purchased along with TBR specialized sets and singles make up the entire 1954 to 1968 Liberty specialized. The issue was loaded with paper and tagging varieties and contains over 50 different stamps without duplication. The specific catalogue numbers of these stamps are: 1 031A, 1032, 1033, 1034, 1037, 1038 and 1048. Some of the fractional Liberty stamps that are not precancels are actually philatelic stamps. They were issued for stamp collectors because they did not service a specific rate. The fractionals were used in combination with other stamps to meet various rates throughout the 1950s and 1960s. Bureau precancels are sold separately in the TBR store. We also offer a basic set of 25 stamps for the non-specialist available in TBR store. Some of the beautiful stamps have very fine centering.
