I received two of these coats and one was exactly like pictured (red flannel/thinsulate) and one was NOT but it was new and in good shape and I liked it and will keep it - wish seller would have communicated better with me but it all worked out okay - I do thank you for paying the shipping though and packaging good and fast shipping.. Always remember whether you're the seller or buyer to be honest with each other on your transaction and no surprises but this surprise did work out..

I MADE a mistake and had the wrong shipping address. The seller responded very quickly to my concern and corrected it ASAP. I doubled check and the seller was very nice in assuring me that the correction was made. Shipping was quick. Packaging was the best. Great care was taken to ensure that the product was delivered unbroken. Perfect. As described. Great value. Bought for my 85 year old mother. She broke hers and was so upset. So happy to get the exact same one 😀
