The purchase, communication and initial shipping time went as expected. Unfortunately, when USPS delivered my package, there was a huge dent in the side of the box and subsequently, a corner of the tray and cover were smashed with the cover no longer securing to top of tray, as designed. Notified seller who acknowledged issue. This is clearly frustrating for me and find it difficult to compartmentalize who is ultimately responsible for ensuring the item arrives in the shape it was purchased.
Indicator attachment arrived well protected in bubble wrap in good condition. I have purchased from this seller several times without any issues. The seller was not responsible for the poor U.S.P.S. tracking that was unreliable. Discrimination of item, was listed as used . After visual and mounting,,, this item is totally functional. Straight stem, reliable pivot connections between stem and frame. Very pleased with overall condition. Value, compared to "name brand" reasonable
Shipping seemed timely but slightly slow, packaging was excellent for what it contained, product appeared to be unused as described however, one corner of one insert was completely broken off....further review found the sellers picture of the item displayed this....although not in the comments, .....value was fair...shipping was high.
