My bowls arrived timely considering the distance they traveled. Each bowl was wrapped in a bubble wrap sleeve with additional paper around them. The box had "Fragile" on it, BUT it must have been dropped straight down from a considerable height as one of the bowls was broken. I contacted the vendor and she was very helpful. I did not request money back but she did compensate me for the broken bowl. I was disappointed a bowl was broken but very grateful for the vendors response. Thank you!
I ordered 2 essential oils, one of the bottles was damaged in shipment. When I got in touch with the seller, he was very good in responding. I was offered a replacement or a refund, I chose a refund which happened very quickly. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
