The NETGEAR ReadyNas NV428 is an 8-bay Network Attached Storage (NAS) device designed for storage-intensive applications. It supports a variety of drive types including SSDs, HDDs, and a combination of both, allowing for flexible storage configurations. With a storage capacity of over 100TB using larger drives, it is suitable for businesses or individuals with high storage needs. The NV428 features hot-swappable drive bays for easy maintenance and a Gigabit Ethernet interface for fast data transfers. Additionally, it includes USB ports for added connectivity options. It works perfectly, and the only issues are the LED screen on the front is a little faded (see photo). It has been factory reset. It will come empty for you to insert your own drives.
