  1. The knife took almost 2 weeks to receive and had issues with it when I got it. Tired reaching out to the seller twice: once to ask about shipping after a week of no update and then after receiving the knife that was faulty with no response. Won’t ruin the seller’s 100% positive feedback rating, but very poor customer service.

  2. Item shipped and arrived exactly as described in new condition. The seller does state it take them (4 business days) a bit to get the item shipped so this may not be the place you’d want to get a rushed order
