The item was not what I was expecting and not what I was ordering, I'm sure it was very nice work attempt but it wasn't what I was needing so I returned it. The return experience was outstanding the company really impressed with their customer service they make me one offer two keep the tent and then refund part of my money which since I have no use for the tent I reject it but then they promptly sent me a return label and within 2 days my money was back in the bank even though I did not use the
Seller is fine, it was amazon delivery that is a problem. This is a commercial business, closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. open Monday thur Thursday, 8:00am to 5:30pm...They tried to all three days, twice the drivers called me and I told them we were closed until Monday morning, so Monday and now Tuesday has come and went and they have not delivered the package, tracking says they might be sending it back. If you can stop it and have them return ship delivery on the days were open?
The price was right, excellent value, especially with the 10% off coupon. The tires arrived very fast, packaged in a big box, box was a little beat up but no damage to anything inside. Tires seem to be of good quality. I got them mounted right away and there were no issues. Have driven around on them and have not had any problems.
