The sandals arrived as described and shown in the photos. They were securely packaged for the very long journey! I anticipated that it would take a while, but it was confusing to receive the email saying that the package had been delivered, when it was still en route from another state. When I contacted the seller for a refund, they replied immediately and reassured me that the package would arrive soon. The sandals are perfect, the price was reasonable, and it was worth the wait. Quality product at a good price. Excellent condition. Only issue I had was confusion about shipping - I received a message that items were delivered when they had not been yet. Seller responded quickly to explain the issue. Items were delivered in the timeframe that was indicated. Very happy with my purchase!
It took much longer and actually received a confirmation that the package was delivered 5 days before it arrived … I was concerned it was a scam, but they actually responded very quickly and the package didn’t make it… 5 days after it said it was delivered. They explained it as issues at customs.
