(But of course it does not affect the photos.) There is no fungus. There is no haze on inside of the lens. There is no balsam separation. This lens works fine with no problems. There is no problem or impact when taking photos. You can enjoy taking photos with the lens in good condition. Functional It works properly. I put the batteries in and checked the exposure meter. The Nikon D90 I got came exactly how it was described and in great condition! The shipping was also extremely fast for coming from Japan and the packaging was great with TONS of bubble wrap.
