  1. The replacement remote came in sealed in a bubble wrapped pouch taped closed tightly. It was sealed in the shipping bag labeled and arrived on time. Upon opening it I noticed a couple small scratches on the battery cover but I put batteries in and it worked flawlessly as per the product description stated. The value of having a proper tv remote allows me to switch between satellite TV and my roku device that I have attached to my tv. Appearance was as promised in the pictures in the description.

  2. Super fast shipping. Poly bag pouch. ( seems like bubble wrap or bubble envelope would be safer for the remote) Exactly as item ordered. Pretty much works like the old remote I had to replace. Although I may have issues with the IR sensor on the tv because some buttons act up. Anyway. Thanks, good ebay experience and good seller. ++++

  3. Received item reasonable time in good condition thankfully! Package should of been packed better rather than just putting it in a envelope with no packing bubbles around the plastic controller. Luckily it wasn't damaged!
