  1. Seller was quick to ship and item arrived on time. However, there was a problem with both drives and a return had to be initiated. Seller sent a refund with no issues. Giving five stars because the transaction was overall positive with the items arriving as described … but, unfortunately, did not function correctly. I hate to return items and I do appreciate the seller working with me in this situation.

  2. I cannot vouch for the quality of the item as mine arrived corrupt. HOWEVER! Customer service is wonderful! The responded very quickly and gave me options to make it right. We chose refund and the refund cleared the account within hours.

  3. Shipping took longer because it came from another country, not the sellers fault. Other than longer shipping, the seller was responsive and worked with me on my issue i had with one of the sd cards and made it right.
