Shipping was slower than expected. Received wrong item, lower quality with dimensions smaller than listing, hence would not fit vinyl records. Had to repack, print return label & drive down to return at UPS store, which was a hassle and wasted my time. The reason it's a neutral rather than a negative is that the seller was responsive throughout & I received refund.
I purchased the item as a gift for someone and just gave it to them within the past few days, so I can't vouch for the quality of the item (the recipient has not yet opened it), but I can vouch for good service from the seller. Seller unfortunately shipped me the incorrect type of breaker box but did quickly offer to take it back and supplied a shipping label for return. I chose to keep the incorrect box, as I can buy new breakers for it locally. Communication was excellent.
