They are the Bighorn Sheep and Panther coil issue Scott numbers 4140 and 4141 . The self-adhesives are part of the American Wildlife issue. Both 2007 pairs are serpentine die cut 11 vert. Carl T. Herrman designed the stamps and they were printed by Banknote Corp. of America (BCA) for SSP . USPS reduced the additional oz rate on May 14, 2007. Seventeen cents then paid the USPS 2nd oz letter rate until April 17 2011, and the additional oz package rate until May 31, 2015. Twenty six cents met the USPS Postcard rate for only about a year from May 2007 until May 2008. The 2007 stamps have USPS microprinting shown magnified at the locations of the red arrows . There are known tagging varieties , which are sold separately when available. The tagging type here will be the most common.
