The good: Item was as listed / described and was in fact stickered (as stated but not pictured), fair offer made, decent processing and shipping speed and well packaged. The bad & the ugly: I wrote the seller the day of the auction with a question and they still haven't responded, which is beyond unprofessional more than a week later... so obviously terrible seller communication... Overall, a completed transaction with more good than bad but not great with the "blow off" of a related question

I love SWAU. I have used their signing services before, and jumped at the opportunity to add this piece to my Cavill Collection. The first one they sent got lost somewhere by UPS, and when I reached out they thoroughly checked for it and sent out a replacement that I received quickly! They have always been super friendly and helpful with questions and concerns. When the item arrived it was packaged nicely, and looks incredible. I'm so happy to have this piece.
