The seller shipped this tool and as described the motor did work and it vibrated. In short the sander appeared to function as normal. However, after I put the wheel on my hand with the motor on to see if if worked properly it stopped immediately. I contacted them and they refunded my money as I did not want to keep it to have it repaired. The main point I want to make is these are honest dealers who truly take care of their customers. Would recommend them anytime!
The shipping went smoothly. Packaging was well done to protect the plates I ordered. Items were as described. Considering that these appetizer plates are discontinued and hard to find, I feel that they were a good value.
