It says it's a pre-programmed pioneer remote, I don't know if they can be reprogrammed or not probably most of them can. pioneer remote control it's supposed to be in a multi-control of DVD led/sat cd VCR wow that's old tuner TV control mode check command setup function got buttons up and down volume TV function power button muting button power button for receiver and power button for the TV set all I know is I put batteries in it and the screen lights up on the front indicating that there's some type of function going on I don't know how to reprogram these or nothing but I'm sure you can probably get instructions off of YouTube I have done it before but it's been so long ago. The product is an original Panasonic remote control designed for controlling electronic devices such as TVs.. I haven't used it on anything to control remotely I don't have a it's fine here I bought a Ford doesn't work it was a pioneer DVD player and it don't work so I have no use for this remote.
