I know that the box is opened and the package is semi open however, this is still a new toilet seat. It was never put on a toilet as the hardware was still new inside a lot of times people open it at the store and then I will get like punctured and then they’ll take it off or they’ll take it home and they’ll be right back so I’m considering the self is a new item even though it is technically open box I just wanted you to know my rational behind it if you bought it.
