I was sent the wrong color from what was listed. Refund was offered and was given the option to send the wrong ones back out of pocket. My wife needed the headphones for work so I asked if replacement could be sent first, as that's usually what happens when things go wrong but they couldn't. Understandable, which is why I left a neutral response. I do wish I would've received the right color but things happen.
THE DVDS WERE DEFINITELY IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. However, I would describe as LIKE NEW!!!! One of the DVDS had more finger princes on it than the others. Other than that, they all play perfectly. Also the DVDS arrived to days earlier than expected. The sellers description was 100% accurate. This set is definitely worth having for a family movie night! Very impressed with this seller!!!
