SEE VIDEO to appreciate this signed RARE original Alexsander Danel (America, 1940-2001) sculpture. This is a large art deco sculpture of a brown panther created in1996 by American artist Alexsander Danel for Austin Productions. The piece is dated with year, signature of the artist, and the production whom the piece was made for on the two corners of the sculpture. The sculpture is made of polychrome and stone, showcasing modernist style. It is a rare piece signed by the artist, measuring 12 inches in length, 11 inches in height, and 4 inches in width. This unique and original statue of this gorgeous panther captures the essence of the artist's work and is a valuable addition to any art collection. This piece is vintage as it is over 30 years old. These are very rare to find and more so over the past 10 years. Among all the representations of wild animals in Art Deco, the panther motif was particularly common and Alexsander Danel was the most sought after artist of that time and even today! The artist's quality and elegance were especially valued. The representation of wild animals was one of the most frequent themes during the Art Deco period, since this was the time of the discovery of wild Africa, mainly by reporters covering the new rallies.
