Seller gives very clear instructions on each item before attempting to purchase. I contacted seller with my interest in purchasing and they responded quickly and accepted my offer. This Review will be difficult. I made several offers for the item with no response. I contacted the seller through Ebay several times and they never responded to any messages. That is all contrary to their manifesto for dealing with them. First they advertised it as a buckle which it is not. It is a bolo. I was an Indian Art wholesaler in New Mexico for over 25 years and knew this artist personally. The lack of just common courtesy to respond is unacceptable. My review is Neutral
Shipping was quick and packaging was very secure! The necklace we bought was beautiful and as described. This is a wonderful seller that even through in a nice surprise for our wedding day! Absolutely recommend this seller and would buy more!
