The New Item Arrived in Excellent Condition as Described. A Satisfying Buy at a Great Value Price but CS Advice Should've been More Reliable.

  3. Original despatch of the book from Australia was delayed and I had to chase it up when it didn't arrive. The seller apologised and offered a refund but I opted to wait. The missing book was then sturdily packed, speedily despatched, and arrived quickly and in pristine condition so I am happy I waited. Though they got off to a bad start, the seller redeemed themselves and I would buy from them again.
