It is made of a nice quality of China or Porcelain or Ceramic and features a Retro Flower-Type Design on a Cornflower Blue Rectangle. It is in lovely pre-owned condition with a beautiful shine and does not appear to have ever been used. I can find no chips, cracks or repairs.
