Description
This is a lovely vintage pin from the 1960’s, when Paul VI was pope. One of the images on the keys is of Pope Paul VI. Another is the words, “Ricordo di Roma”, which means “souvenir of Rome” in Italian. A third image is of the Vatican, and the fourth is of a Saint, I assume, because he has a halo behind his head. The two keys are hanging from a charming little safety pin with a loop in it. They don’t make them like that anymore! This is the sort of pin that would have been worn by a teenage girl in a Fellini film. A real retro gem.
